The Motion of the Defendant, JOSE SOTOLONGO, to Dismiss Count V of the Plaintiff s' Complaint is denied, conditioned: upon the Plaintiffs amending the original Complaint so as to indicate that Count V, and the cause of action stated therein, is being pursued solely by the CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS and not as a class or deri.vative action by the individual shareholders. 8. The Motion of the Defendant. JOSE SOTOLONGO, to Dismiss All Counts is granted. The Plaintiffs shall have thirty (30) days in which to remedy their Complaint by supplying notice ~f this suit to all members of CONDQMZNIUM ASSOCIATION "A" and CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION "B", and within thirty (30) days, furnishing proof that such notice has been given~ and indicating which of the members of the respective CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS have joined in this action, and which members have opted out. 9. The Motion of the Defendants, WILLIAM J. BOSSO and LUISA R. BOSSO, to Strike the Plaintiffs' claim for attorney's fees contained in Paragraph 27 of the Complaint is granted, and Para- graph 27 is hereby amended to constitute a claim for legal costs. 10. The Motion of the Defendants, WILLIAM J. BOSSO and I.UISA R. BOSSO, to Dismiss the e~tire Complaint for failure to jqin fndispensable parties is hereby denied. 11. The Motion of the Defendants, WILLIA.'~I J. BOSSO and . LUISA R. BOSSO, for riore Definite Statement with respect to the alleged defects in the individual condominium units is hereby denied. • 12. The Motion of the Defendants, WILLIAM J. BOSSO and LUISA R. BOSSO, to Strike the words "moral turpitude" as contained in Paragraph 55 of the Plaintiff's Complaint is hereby granted, and the Plaintiffs shall so amend. 13. TE-e Motion of the Defendant, LUISA R.
