State of Florida, in Official Rctord Book 31 8 Page 2760 , granted and conveyed
u~to SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION and assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of

Wend-Mar Estates, Inc., a Florida Corporation
and assigns forever, freed. exonerated and disch~rged of and from the lien of said

conEained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
relea,ed therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
