AS TO NON MODIFICATION OF INTER
VIVOS TRUST AGREEMENT
L, Dorothy M. Worden, 806 La Solla Ave., Sun City Center, Florida 33570,
do hereby state and affirai that:
1. On the lSth day of March, 1976, I together with my husband,
Howard F. Worden, now deceased, executed an Inter Vivos Trust
Agreement entitled as THE INTER VIVOS TRUST AGREEMENT OF
NOWARD E. AND DOROTHY M. WORIIFN.
2. That the above referenced Trust Agreement was not recorded in
any county of the state of Florida ~ntil the year 1981.
3. That from the time of its execution on March 15, 1976 to the
date of the signing of this document, no changes have been made
in the terms or provisions of the Inter Vivos Trust Agreement
of Howard E. Worden and Dorothy M. Worden..
