amount or amounts payable from income dividends, capital gains
distributions, and to the extent necessary, trom the pr~ceeos ui
liquidation af shares of such mutual fund(s) and to deposit shares
of such mutual fund(s) with a custodian or other agent pursuant to
any such authorization;
I. General Provisions: To exercise any and all powers and
Aiscretions given to a Trustee from time to time unde~ the Florida
Uniform Trust Administration Law and the other laws of the State of
Florida, not inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
ARTICLE VII
SUCCESSION OF TRUSTE~S:
Upon the resignation or incapacity of a Co-Trustee or upon
Lhe request of the Co-Settlors. the remaining Co-Trustee shall act
as sote Trustee until such incapacity is terminated by death or
otherwise. Upon the death of either Settlor, the First Successor
Co-Trustee, DANIEL E. WORDEN, shall assume the duties of Co-Trustee
with the su1-vivor of the Settiors, as to the administration of all

At any time during the administration of this Trust, the Ce-
