ORDER APPOINTING ATTOFNEY AD LITEM
AND GUARDIAN AD LITEM
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon the
Plaintiff's Motion To Appoint Attorney Ad Litem And Guardian Ad
i.item for Defendants, and the Court having considered said Motion,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: _
1. That ERNON N. SIDAWAY, III, ESQUIRE, be, and the same
is hereby appointed Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem for~the
purpose of representing the unknown heirs and defendants in this
cause.
2. 3t shall not be necessary for the Attorney Ad Litem
and the Guardian Ad Litem to file a notice or acceptance. The
filing of an Answer or other papers shall be in acceptance of
this appointment and undertaking on his part to discharge faithfully
the duties of his office.
