The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such property
is a setting aside of that certain Final Judgment entered in the cause
of Tinberg V Tinberg, in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, Case No. 73-428 CA, dated 9/6/73 and ~ecorded at ~?R Book 218
Page 1086 and which purports to vest undivided title in the above-named
real estate in the-Defendant, ELIZABETH H. PETERSON, f/k/a ELIZABETH H.
TINBERG; Plaintiff further seeks to quiet title in the above-named parties
as joint tenants in commbn. •
