Upon accekration under paragnph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Property, Le~der shall be entiUed to have a
rcceiver appanied by s oourt to enter ~s,~e~, take poaseuion of and manage the Property and to rnllect the rcnts of the
Property. including thoae put d;.~. All renu colkctod by the receiver shall be appliod first to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and rnllection of renls, including, but not limited to. rocciver's foes. premiums on re:eiver's
bonds a~d reasonabk attorney's tees. and then to the sums socured by this MoAgage. The roceiver shall be liable to account
only for those rents actually ~ectived.
21. F~tu~e Advaeces. Upon request by Borrower, l.ender, at Lender's option within twenty years ftnm the date ot this
Mong~ge. may make Future Advanas to Borrower. Such Futurc Advances. with intercst theroon, shall be securod by this
Mortgage when evideooed by promissory notes stating that said notes are securod hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodaess secured by this Mortpge~ not including sums advanced in aocordanoe herrwith to protoct t~e
