Upon rcquest by Borrower, l.ender, ~t l_ender's option within twenty ycars from the date of this Mortgage. may make Future Advanca to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with intercst thercon, shall be securcd by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory nota stating that said notes are xcurcd hereby.
