AMENDM~NT TO ARTICLES OF AGR£EMENT

TRAUB ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation, and

ROBERT F. McROHER?S, JR., Party of the Pirst Part ~and Party af
the Second Part, rESeectively, in the above-referenced
Articles Of Agreement, wish to amend said Articles Of Agreement
as follows:
1. The Articles Of Amendment (Agreement For Deed)
shall be freely assignable by either party.
2. Upon reduction of the principal balance owing under
said Articles Of Agreement to the principal sum of TWENTY-SIXr
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($26,000.00), the Party of the Second Part,
or his assigns, shall be entitled to the delivery of a genera2
warranty deed to the property 3escribed in said Articles Of
- Agreement and the Party of the First Part shall receive a
purchase money mortgage encumbering the property in the amount
of 526,000.00 ancl payable at the same rate and manner as stateci

~ in the said Articles Of Agreement.
! 3. Upon delivery of the deed and mortgage, the Party
~
i of the First Part and the Party of the Second part shall pay
~ for documentary stamp taxes, intangible tax and recording costs
i
1 in accordance with normal practice thfen existing in St. Lucie
~
~ County, Florida.

~• 4. In all other respects the terms of said Articles Of

i Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. ~
