in the Will of the above named decedent, and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of $6,000.00 in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens~ remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the
Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, the rea2 property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
