SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED ~
THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED is made by the HOMER HOYT
INSTITUTE (a District of Columbia not-for-profit corporation);
BERNARD PASKIN and ANNE W. PASKIN, his wife; SARAH BASSIN
(widowed ana not remarried); ROBERT BASSIN and SHIRLEY BASSIN, his
wife; and BRENDA FINCI and MICHAEL FINCI, her husband, (together
referr~d to as the "Grantors") to CAMPEAU CORPORATION FLORIDA, a

Florida corporation (the "Grantee").
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration, hereby
bargain, grant, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the Grantee all that certain land located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, which is described in Exhibit A attached to this
Deed and incorporated by reference (the "Property").
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging to the Property or in any way appertaining
to the Property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee sinple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby jointly and severally covenant
that they are lawfully seized of the Prooerty in fee simple; that
they have good and lawful authority to sell and convey the
Property; and that they will forever warrant and defend the
property unto the Grantee against the claims ar.d demands of the
Grantors and all persons claiming by, through, or under them.
Wherever used in this Deed, the terms "Grantor" and
"Grantee" include all the p,arties to this instrument and the
