~IiIS l~iORTGAGE DEED, hereinafter referred to as "1!ortgage" ,
is r~ade between C11?dPEAU CORPORATION FLORIDA, a Florida corporation
(the "llortgagor") and TRE HOMER NOYT INSTITUTE (a District of Colum-
bia not-for-profit corporation), BERNARD PASKIN, SARAH BASSIti,
FOBERT BASSIN, and BRENDA FINCI (the "?~:ortgagees").
The Mortgagor, in consideration of the indebtedness
referred to below, mortgages, grants, and conveys *o the I~lortgagees
the real ;~roperty located in St. Lucie County, Florida which is
described in Exhibit A, attached to and ir.corporated by reference
into this t-,ortgage (the "Prope*_-ty" ) .
Together ~•rith all buildings, improvements and tenements
erect~d now or in the future on the PrQperty, and a13 easem~nts,

righzs, rents, royalties, minera•1, oil and gas rights and profits,
water, water rig:its, and water stock appurtenant to the Property,
and all water and sewage treatment facilities, fixti~res, machinery,

equipment, engines, boilers, incinerators, building materials,
appliances and qoods of every n~ture whatsoever now or hereafter
located in, or on, or use~, or intended to be used in connection
with the Property, all of which, including replacements and addi-
tions to them, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the
Property.
