(a) Interest payable on the Note.
(b) Principal of the Note.
(c) Interest payable on advances made by the
Mortgagees under Section 6.
(d) Principal of advances made by the Mortgagees
under Section 6.
, (e) Any other sums secured by this Mortgage, in
such oriler as the Mortgagees may, at their
option, determine.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Mortgagees may, at their option,
apply sums payable.under Section 6 prior to interest on and principal
of the Note, but such application shall not otherwise affect the
f~regoing order of priority.
3. Pa~ment of Taxes. The Mortgagor shall timely pay ,
all water and sewer rates, taxes, assessments, premiu:ns, and other
impositions attributable to the Property. Such payment shall be
made directly to the payee unless the Mortgagees otherwise direct ,
in writing. The Mortgagor shall promptly furnish the Mortgagees
with copies of all notices of such amounts due, and receipts evi-
dencing their timely payment in full. The Mortgagor~shall promptly
discharge any lien to which the Property is subject or may in the
future become subject, which has or may acquire priority over the
lien of this Mortgage. For purposes of this Section; any lien shall
be deemed discharged only if (a) it is released of record or (b)
the Mortgagor has paid into the registry of an appropriate court
