shall not initiate or acquiesce in ar~-cha~g in the zoning classifi-
cation of the Property without the ltortgagees' prior written consent.
5. Ins~ections of the ProDertx. The tlortgagees may
make or cause to be made reasonable entries and inspections of the
Property.
6. Protection of Securi~.
(a) If the Mortgagor fails to perform the covenants
and agreements set forth in this Mortgage, or if any action or pro-
ceeding is cor.unenced which affects the Property, title to the Property,
or the Mortgagees' interest in the Property, including but not
limited to eminent domain, insolvency, code enforcement, or arrange-
ments or proceedings involving a bankrupt, then the Mortgagees at ~
their option may make such appearances, disburse such sums, and take
such action as they deem necessary, in their sole discretion, to
