(c) Any amounts disbursed by the Mortgagees under Subsection .(a) or (b) shall be added to and become part of the Indebtedness. Unless the riortgagor and the Mortgagee agree in writing to other terms of payment, such amounts shall be immediately due and payable, and shall bear interest from the date of di~burse- ment at the rate stated in the Note. (d) Nothing in this Section shall require the Mortgagees to incur any expense or take any actions under this Section. 7. Condemnation. (a) T}~e Mortgagor shall promptly notify the Mortgagees of any action or proceeding relating to the condemnation or other taking, direct or indirect, of~ all or any part of the Property, and the I-lortgagor and t4ortgagees shall jointly appear in and defend any such action or proceeding. Any expenses of the parties in doing so, including but not limited to fees of attorne~s, engineers, and appraisers, shall be paid one-eighth by the Mortgagor and seven-eighths by the Mortgagees.
