HomeMy WebLinkAbout2961 ~ - 7 - ~.~ provision of this Mortgage, extend the time for payment of all or any part of the Indebtedness, reduce payments on the Indebtedness, release anyone liable on the Indebtedness, accept a renewal note or notes fo~ the Indebtedness, modify the terms of the Indebtedn~ss, release any part of the Property from the lien of this Mortgage, take or re2ease other or additional security, consent to any map, plan, or subdivision of the Property, and consent to any subordination of the lien of this Mortgage. Any su~h actions by the Mortgagees shall not affect the obligation of the Mortgagor or its successors or assigns to pay all sums secured by this Mortgage and to comply with all other provisions of this Mortgage. No such action shall affect the liability of any person, corporation, partnership, or other entity for payment of the Indebtedness or affect the lien of this Moctgage on the Property or its priority. The Mortgagor will pay the Mortgagees any title insurance premiums, attorneys' fees, and other expenses incurred by the Mortgagees in connection with any such action taken at the Mortgagor's request. 9. Forebeacance not a W~iver. Any forbearance by the Mortgagees in exercising any right or remedy under this Mortgage or otherwise afforded by law, shall not constitute a waiver of or preclude the exercise of any right or remedy. The Mortgagees' acceptance of payment oE any sum secured~by th•is Mortgage after that payment's due date shall not constitute a waiver of the Mortgage~s' right to eithec require prompt payment of all secured sums due in the future or declare a default for failure to make prompt n3,~ent.
