(b) The Mortgagees shall have the rights set
forth in Subsection (a) upon the occurrence of any of the following
events:
(i) Filing of a petition by the Mortgayor
under the Federal Bankruptcy Code.
(ii) Filing of a petition by others with
respect to the l9ortgagor under the
Federal Bankruptcy Code.
(iii) Subjection of the T'rn~Prtv t~ the
" jurisdiction of a Federal bankruptcy
court or similar state eourt.
(iv) Appointment of a trustee or receiver for
the Mortgagor or its property.
(!•) Any assignment by the Mortgagor for the
benefit of its creditors.
(vi) Any other action by the Mortgagor to
avail itself of any Federal, state, or
other insolvency law.
(v~ii) Any attachment, execution, or other
judicial seizure of any assets of the
Mortgagor.
13. Transfers of the Pro ert or Beneficial Ihterests

the Property prior to its release under Section 16 or (b) sale or
transfer of any share or other beneficial interest in the t4ortgagor
