Any party may at any time designate a different
address to which notices, demands, and communications under this
hiortgage shall be directed, by giving notice to the others in
accordance with this Section. A notice, demand, or communication
shall be deemed to have been given or made when personally delivered
to the intended recipient, delivered to a telegraph office or wire
service with appropriate arrangements for payment of the cost of
transmission; or when deposited in the United States mails with
