20. Governing Law. This Mortgage shall he governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of the State•of Florida.
21. C~tions. All captions in this taortgage are for
convenience only and shall not be considered in construing this
Mortgage.
22. Number and Gender.. Use of the singular in this
Mortgage includes the plural, use of the plural includes the singular,
and use of one gender includes all other genders as the context may
require. ,
. 23. Cross References. Any reference to a"Section" or
"Subsection" shall be construed, respectively, as referring to a
section of this Mortgage or a subsection of the section of this
Mortgage in which the reference appears.
24. Successors and Assigns. This liortgage shall be
binding u~n and inure to the benefit of the parties and their

respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and permitted

25. Severabilit~. The invalidity or unenforceability
of any one provision of this Mortgage shall in no way affect the

26. Assignment.
(a) This Mortgage, and the Note, may not be assigned
without the prior written consent of the Mortgagor, which consent
