the difference between 2,000 and the number of units for
which Governmental Approvals have been issued, up to a
maximum increase of S00 units and, consequently, a
maximum inccease of One Million Five Hundred Thousand
and No/100 Dollars ($1,500,000.00) in the Initial
Principal Sum.
In no event will the Initial Principal Sum with all
adjustments for changes in the number of dwelling units be less
than Seven Million and No/100 Dollars ($7,0000,000.00) or more
than Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars
($10,500,000.00). '
On the Initial Payment Date, if the abc~ve adjustments
have resulted in an increase .in the Initial Principal Sum, the
Maker shall pay interest on the amount of the increase, at the
rate of seven and one-half percent (7.5$) per annum, retroactive
to the date of this Note; or, if the above adjustments have
resulted in a decrease in the Initial Principal Sum, the Fayees
shall ref.und to the Maker, by cash or credit against the sums
payable by the Maker to the Payees, interest on the amount•of the ,
decrease at seven and one-half percent (7.5$) per annum,
retroactive to the date of this Note.
(b) If after the Initial Payment Date Government
Approvals are issued for the construction of additional resi-
dential units on the Property, the Maker shall, within 30 days
after each such issuance, pay to the Payees additional principal,
