computed as follows, automaticalty and without necessity for
notice or action by the holder of this Note:
(i) Four Thousand and No/100 Dollars
($4,000.00) for each additional governmentally
approved residential unit in excess of 1,500 units
up to and including 2,000 units.
(ii) Three Thousand and No/100 Dollars
~ (53,000.00) for each additional governmentally
approved residential unit in excess of 2,000 units
~ up to and including 2,500 units.
Interest on each payment of additional principal shall be payable
simultaneously with that additional principal at the rate of seven
and one-half percent (7.58) per annum, cetroactive to the date of
this Note.
(c) On the Initial Payment Date, in order to compensate
the Payees for appreciation in the value of the property which

will have occured since the date of this Note, the Maker shall pay
an additional principal sum, without interest, computed as
follows:
(i) Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars
($10,000.00), multiplied by the number of full
weeks elapsed since the date of this Note; plus
(i~) Six and No/100 Dollars ($6.00), multipled
by the number of full weeks elapsed since the date
of this Note, multiplied by the difference between
