G~vernmental Approvals have been issue~3. A"full
week" shail be a seven-day period commencing on
Thursday.
(d) If after the Initial Payment Date Governmental
Approvals are issued for the construction of additional residential
units on the Property, the Maker, in order to compensate the
Payees for additional appreciation in the value of the Property
which will result, shall pay within 30 days after such issuance
additional sum, without interest, computed by taking the product
of the following:
(i) Six and No/100 Dollars; and
(ii) The number of full ~eeks (computed as in
paragraph (c)) elapsed since the date of this Note;
and
(iii) The number of additional governmentally approved
residential units in excess of 1500 units.
Interest under this Note shall cease accruing if the
Maker elects to exercise certain rights (which rights are incor-
porated herein by reference) under paragraphs 5(e)(2) or 5(e)(3)
~of the Purchase Agreement and Escrow Instructions dated November 5,
1980, attached hereto as Exhibit I, between the Maker and the Payees,
which paragraphs are hereby incorporated by reference into this Note
and shall survive closing of the transaction contemplated by that
Agreement.
"Governmental Approvals" means the unconditional approval
