the Mortgage and reference is made to the Mortgage far additional -
rights as to acceleration of that indebtedness.
Presentment, notice of dishonor, and protest are hereby
waived by the Maker and all sureties, guarantors, and endorsors of
this Note. This Note shall be the joint and several obligation of
the Maker and all sureties, guarantors and endorsers, and shall be
binding upon them and their successors and assigns.
This note may not be endorsed or assigned by the Payees
without the prior written consent of the Maker, which consent
shall not be unreasonably withheld.
