8. Costs ancl Yrorations. ~

gible tax on~the Purchase Moncy Mortqage. 'Phe Duyer shall pay
the cost of any title insurance premium, tlie recording of the
Purchase Money MorEgage, and the documentary stamps to Ue

the instrument of conveyance. All current property taxes and
all yeneral and special bonds and assessments on the Land shall
be prorated through Escrow between [3uyer anci Seller as of the
Closiny of Escrow based upon the latest available tax information,
using tlie customary escrow procedures, which percentage figure
or for~nula sliall be supplied ta Cscrowliolder by Seller af ter
prior approval by I3uyer. Should the Land be part of a larger
tax parcel, Escrowholder is instructed to charye 13uyer and credit
Seller for the percentage of taxes and ~ssessments as regards '
the Land on an acreage basis compared to acreage for the entire
-tax parcel.~ In the event of s~_~ch apportionment, Buyer warrants
payment prior to delinyuency of such percentage of property
