27. Invalidity of Provision. If any provision oF this
Ayreement as applied to-either party or to any circumstances
sl~all be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
void or unenforceable for any reason, tlie same sl:all in no
way affcct (to the maximum extent permissable by law) any
ottier provision of this 1-greement, the application of any
sucl~ provision under circumstances difierent from those
adjudicated by tlle court, or the validity of enforceability

28. nmenclments. No adciition to or moclifieation of any provision

forth in writing signed by both 13uyer and Seller.
29. Counterparts. This Ayreement may be executed in one or
more counterparts, eacti of wliich shall bc deemed an oriyinal,
