instruments to be executed and delivered in connection ~vieh real estate transactions and which may be
described in said instruments with more particularity.

this power notwithstanding that the instrumrnt fails to recice the oonsideration therefor or recites merdX a
nominal consideration; any person dealing with che subject matter of ~uch instrument may do so as if full
