FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on this day to be heard upon Plaintiff's
motion for final judgment, and the Couxt having examined the
complaint, together with the Answer thereto, and it appeacing
to the Court that the averments contained in the complaint and
affidavits are txue, that no material facts have been con-
cealed, that Plaintiff, EDWARD CARL, is vested with the legal
title to the following described real propertys
Lot 21, Block 76, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 28, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 7 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJiJDGED:
1. That this Court has jurisdiFtion of the subject mattez
and the paxties of this suit.
2. That Plaintiff, EDWARD CARL, is declared to be the fee
simple and absolute owner of the above-described real property
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida.
3. That all the right, title or interest of the defendants
and all persons claiming by, through or under them, and all
parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest
in the real propearty which is the subject matter of this cause
~ of action since the filing of the Lis Pendens, be and the same
aze quieted, vacated, set aside and cancelled as clouds upon the
