Guardians of the persons and property of LOUISE CFiRISTINE ORNDORF and
LOUIS F.ARL ORNDORF, Minor Children; notice of hearing on said petition
having been mailed to all persons entitled to the same and court being
satisfied that the Guardians have faithfully discharged the duties as
such Guardians, have rendered a co~lete and accurate final return, and
have deliv~ered the assets of the wards to the Department of Eiealth and
Rehabilitative Services, it is
