deposes and says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of STANLEY MAKUCH~
deceased, who died on February 12, 1976.
2. That she was cotitinuously married to her deceased husband,
STANLEY MAKUCH, from prior to acquisition of title to the following
described property up to and including the date of his death on
February 12, 1976:
Lot 26 and the South 5 feet of vacated alley
adjacent on North, MORGAN SUBDIVISION, according '
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7~ at
page 35, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
