This matter coming on for hearing on the Plaintiffs' Motion
for Injunction and a Receiver, the Court having heard testimony
for two hours, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that further hearing on this cause be
continued until 4:00 p.m. on the llth day of March, 198i, and that
in the interim the Defendants are to make available to the Plaintiffs
any and all church and financial records in their possession; same
shall ~e in the custody of the Defendants' attorney, BEN L. BRYAN,
JR., ESQ., with the Plaintiffs' attorney and the Defendants'
~ttorney making reasonable provision for both to utilize the
records.
