PROTECTIVE CUSTODY ORDER
This cause, having come on to be heard on Petitioner's
Motion For Writ of Ne Exeat, and Motion For Protective Custody
Order, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the
Petitioner, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall immediately
take custody of the minor child, Amy Lynne Partlow by either re-
moving her from the Palm Vista School in Ft. Pierce, or in the
event that she is not present in the Palm Vista School, to re-
move her from 1410 Georgia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida. As to
the minor child, Melissa Lee Partlow, custody of said child is
to be obtained from 1~20 Geo2•gia Az•er.u~, F±. PiercQ, Florida.
2. The Sheriff shall deliver-custody of the said minor
children directly to the Petitioner, LAURENCE WESLEY PARTLOR'.
3. The Sheriff shall prevent the Respondent, GAYLE
TERESA PARTLOW, from interfering with the Petitioner or the
Sheriff's Department during the physical change of custody.
4. This Order is based on the Agreed Temporary Entry
of December 18, 1980 and the final custody of said minor children
shall be determined by the Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County,
Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations.
