YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the
Wife, Irene H. Reese, against you seeking a dissolution of
marriage and relief concerning the following property:
(a) Lots 8 and 9, Block 9, Indian River Estates,
Unit Two, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 46, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
(b) Lots 3 and 18, Block 1, Chamberlain Sub-
division, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 5, page 27, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
(c) West half of Lot 62, White City Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1,
page 23, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, less the West 290 feet thereof;
(d) That part of Lot 20, Ben Hogg's Subdivision,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 19, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as:
Begin at the NE corner of Lot 20, Ben
Hogg's Subdivision, run West 782.33 feet;
thence run South 23 degrees 41 minutes East,
130.72 feet to point of beginning; thence
continue South 23 degrees 41 minutes East
65.36 feet; thence East 120 feet to the West
line of Carol Street; thence run North 23
degrees 41 minutes West along the West line
of Carol Street 65.36 feet; thence West 120
feet to point of beginning.
(e) Lots 3 and 18, Block l, Chamberlain Subdivision,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 5, page 27, public records of St. Lucie
