FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on before the court without the inter-
vention of a jury and the court being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Order of the Chan-
cery Court for Davidson County, Tennessee dated October 15~
1979, Number 78-1921-11, wherein Tennesea Foods, Inc. was
plaintiff and Amanda L. Jones, Pxesident and Lee Jones, Vice
President were defendants, is entitled to full faith and
credit by this court and therefor the plaintiff, TENNESEA
FOODS, INC., shall have and recover from the defendant, LEE
JONES, the amount of 56,050.00 plus interesk from October 15,
1979 at eight percent (88) thru March 2, 1981 of $666.99.
Additionally, the pla.intiff, TENNESEA FOODS, INC., shall have
and recover from the defendants, AMANDA L. JONES and LEE
JONES $876.61 and attorney's fees of $1,08?.50, plus interest
from Octobex 15, 1979 thr.u March 2, 1981 of $216.54 for all
of which let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of March, 1981.
