NOW COt~IES, the Defendant, WOODROW S. SAFRIT, upon the Motion
for Sanctions, the court hearing argument of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, ELSIE SALTER, will
within ten (10) days of the date of this Order furnished the name
and address of the white lady that she brought to the Safrit property
in the month of April, 1980, referred to in page 23 of her deposition.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~day of March, 1981, in Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
