ORDER OF CONTINUANCE
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Stipulated
Motion for Continuance filed herein, and' having considered the
merits of said Stipulated Motion as well as having otherwise
been fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The Stipulated Motion for Continuance is hereby
granted. This cause is there€ore removed from this Court's
trial docket beginning March 16, 1981.
(2) This cause is re-set for trial on this Court's
trial docket beginning May 4, 1981.
(3) The pre-trial conference which had been scheduled
to be held on March 2, 1981 has been cancelled and is hereby
re-set to take place ~n April 7, 1981 at 3:3Q p.~. at th~
St. Lucie County Courthouse.
