hearing to show cause, and the Defendants, having moved for
a continuance, and this Court having considered the same,
hearing the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That a.:ontinuance is granted upon the hearin
on the Order to S;~ow Cause for not less than fourteen (l~) days
from February 18, 1981;

or Motion to the Complaint and Order to Show Cause on or before
