ORDER ON MOTION FOR
PRELII~IINARY INJUNCTION
This cause was heard March 2, 1981, on plaintiff's motion
for preliminary injunction, counsel having regularly appeared on
behalf of plaintiff and counsel having specially appeared for
purposes of this motion on behalf of defendants and having moved
on terms for continuance, the court having heard argument of
counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendants motion for continuance is granted.
2. Defendants shall have ten days from entry of this
order to prepare for hearing on plaintiff's motion for preliminary
injunction, which shall be noticed and regularly served upon de-
fendants by plaintiff.
3. Upon defendants stipulation, no application shall be
made for final judgment in the pending County Court eviction pro-
ceedings against plaintiff pending hearing on plaintiff's motion
for injunctive relief.
