SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ROYAL ESTATES
ASSOCIATES, a Florida General Partnership, the owner and holder
of a certain mortgage deed executed by R. MARSHP,LL BROWN and
GRETCHEN F. BROWN, his wife, THOMAS M. BROWN and SUSANNA G. BROWN,
his wife; THOMAS E. GREALISH and MARGARET A. GREALISH, his wife;
JAMES W. HART and JOANNE HART, his wife and FRANCIS A. ASTORINO
and MILDRED S. ASTORINO, his wife, to ROYAL ESTATES ASSOCIATES,
a Florida General Partnership bearing date the 19th day of
November, 1973, recorded in Official Records Book 221, page 519,
in the of~ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, securing a certain note in the original principal
sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100---($?75,000.00)
---DOLLARS and certain promises and obligations set forth in said
mortgage deec~, upon the property situ~te in said State an3 County
described as follows, to-wit:
All that part of the East Half (E 1/2) of Section
12, Township 34 South, Range 39 East lying North
of the Turnpike Feeder Road, and all that part of
the West Quarter (W 1/4) of Section 7, Township
34 South, Range 40 East lying North of said
Turnpike Feeder Road;
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM a parcel of approxi-
mately 2.9 acres described as: A part of the West
146.34 feet to the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of
Section 12, Township 34 South, Range 39 East
described as follows: Beginning at the intersection
of the North-South Quarter Section Line with the
Northerly right-of-way line of the Sunshine State
Parkway Feeder Road, which point is 86.61 feet South
of the Northeast (NE) corner of the SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 34 South, Range 39
East; thence run Northeasterly along the Northerly
right-of-way line of the Sunshine State Parkway ~
Feeder Road 205.62 feet to a point; which point
at its closest distance 146.34 feet from the North-
South Quarter Section Line of said Section 12, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 39 East; thence run North,
parallel with the said North-South Quarter Section
Line a distance of 84?.84 feet to a point; thence
run West a distance of 146.34 feet to the said
North-South Quarter Section Line; thence run South
along said North-South Quarter Section Line 988.34
feet, more or less to the Point of Beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: A part of the Southeast

Range 39 East, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North-South
Quarter Section Line with the Northerly right-of-
way line of the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road,
which point is 86.61 feet South of the Northeast
corner of the SE 1/9 of the SW ~/4 of Section 12,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East; thence running
northeasterly along the northerly right-of-way
line of the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road
