AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVING SPOUSE
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Vera Hogan, who
upon being duly sworn upon oath stated as follows:
1. That this Affidavit is given in reference to the fallowing described
property:
l.ot 9, Block 3123, PORT •ST. LUCIE, SECTION FORTY-F1VE,
according to the plat the~eof as recorded in Plat Book 16, page
25 of the Public Records of St. Lucie Couniy, Florida.
2. That affiant and Joseph J. Hogan were married on the ~ day of

3. That they were continuously marcied from the date of their ma~riage
until the death of Joseph J. Hogan on August 31, 1980.
4. That a copy of the death certificate of Joseph J. Hogan is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
5. That the Estate of Joseph J. Hogan is not indebted nor subject to estate
tax. There is attached hereto and made a part hereof the Non-Taxable Certificate and
Receipt for Estate Tax issued by the State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Estate Tax
Bureau.
