KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County, the Plaintiff in the above styled cause, wherein a Judgment was
rendered on the 13th day of December 1978, for $308.38 and costs against
Reuben and Grace McPhee, the Defendants therein, and said Judgment being
duly recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does
hereby acknoWledge full payment and satisfaction of the aforesaid
Judgment and hereby consents that the same shall be satisfied of record.
