DURABLE FAMILY POWER OF ATTORNEY
STATUTE 709.08
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that this Durable
Family Power of Attorney, shall not be affected by disability
of the principal except as provided by Statute, and that I,
DOROTHY W. RUE, 1110 South llth Street, Fort Pierce, FL
33450, do hereby appoint my daughter, ANITA R. WHITE, 1110
South llth Street, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, my attorney, for
me and in my name and as my act and deed to do and perform
the following: (a) to ask, demand, sue for, collect, recover
and receive all sums of money, debts, dues, accounts,
interests, dividends, and demands whatsoever as are now or
shall hereafter become due, owing, payable or belonging to
me, and to have, use and take all lawful ways and means in
my name or otherwise for the recovery thereof, and for
acquittances or other sufficient discharg~s for the same;
(b) to make, seal and deliver, to bargain, contract, agree
for, buy, sell, mortgage, hypothecate, and in any and every
way and manner deal in and with choses in action or possession
and all other property, real, personal and mixed, and to
release mortgages on lands or chattels, and to make, do and
transact all and every kind of business of what nature and
kind soever; (c) to sign, seal, execute and deliver and
acknowledge such deeds, conveyances, leases and assignment
of leases, covenants, indentures, agreements, mortgages,
hypothecations, bills, bonds, stocks, notes, checks, securities,
receipts, evidences of debt releases, and satisfaction of
mortgages, judgments and other debts, and such other instrument
in writing of whatever kind or nature as may be necessary or
proper in the premises; and (d) to prepare and execute
income tax returns and act in connection with any audit of
any income tax return by me heretofore or hereafter signed,
in connection with which my said attorney is specifically
authorized and empowered to enter into agreements of settlement,
