THIS INDENTURE, executed this_ 29th day of Feb.ruary .
19 80 , between M. ELAINE ROSCHMAN, as Executrix of the
Estate of E. J. ROSCHMAN, deceased, Party of the First Part,
and M. ELAINE ROSCHMAN, Party of the Second Part, whose
address is 11216 Turtle Beach Road, Apartment 208-D, Lost
Tree Village, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408.
WITNESSETH: '
The Party of the First Part pursuant to the powers
contained in the will of the above-named decedent, and
pursuant to Final Distribution of the Estate of E. J.
ROSCHMAN, and in consideration of the premises and the sum
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consider-
ations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second
Part, her heirs and assigns forever, the real property in
Saint Lucie County, Florida described as:
