Subject to that certain Indenture of Lease
dated April 1, 1979, by and between M. Elaine
Roschman, Executrix of the Estate of E. James
Roschman, and Partners In Management, Inc.,
a Florida corporation.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments, and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the
Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns, in fee
simple forever, and the Party of the First Part does covenant
to and with the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and
assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about
the sale and this conveyance the laws of the State of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part, as
Executrix of the Estate of E. J. ROSCHMAN, deceased, has set
her hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
