KNOW ALL 1~1 BY THESE PRESENTS, TNAT the undersigned Corporation hereby
revokes and cancele the appointment as its true and lavful Attorney in Fact of:
CRAIG W. BRETT."fAN , of ST. LUCIE County, FLORIDA ,
for it and in its name and stead to demand, reduce to possession, collect, receive,
cancel, release, satisfy, discharge, or subordinate in whole or in part, any and all
notes, collateral, judgments, decrees, mortgages, or liens of any nature on personal
or resl property, 2acated, enter~d, fi2ed for record; er recorded ~n anp city or
county in the State of Florida and now or hereafter be2onging to it, and in connec-
tion therewith to perform all acts, including the execution, acknowledgment, record-
ing, and delivery of acquittances, releases, satisfactions, subordination agreements,
and other instruments in Writing, which may be necessary or desirable in exercising
such po~ers, and including the execution of instruments authorizing, empowering, or

directing any public officer as its Attorney in Fact to cancel, release, satisfy,
and discharge of record any such judgment, decree, mortgage, or lien, hereby ratify-
ing and confirming all-acts and things done by virtue hereof; whereas said suthority
was made subject to the pawer of said Corporation to revoke the same at any time,
which power was expressly reserved therein.

executed and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto by its duly authorized officers
