Upon request by Borrower, l.ender, at Leodets optian within twenty years from thc date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interat thereon, shall be secu-ed by this Mortgage when evidenced by prom+ssory notes stating that said aotes are secured hereby.
