HomeMy WebLinkAbout0334 ADDENDUM TO MORTGAGE ~ THIS ADDENDUM TO MORTGAGE dated this ~ day of March, 1981, by and between PAUL S. HENDREN and VIRGINIA B. HENDREN, his wife, (hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors) and JONN E. THOFNER (hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee). i. ihis mortgage is subject ana subordinate to that certain Mortgage dated September 15, 1930, made between John E. Thofner as Mortgagor and William H. F. Keifer and Virginia C. Keifer, his Wife, as Mortgagee, which Mortgage was recorded at O.R. Book 338, Page 2036, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which Mortgage constitutes a first mortgage~lien upon the premises mortgaged hereunder and which has a current principal balance o£ $57,500.00, together with interest accrued thereon and which mortgage and promissory note secured thereby is hereinafter referred to as the "First Mortgage". 2. Mortgagor does hereby covenant and agree with Mortgagee that while this Mortgage remains in force and effect, Mortgagor shall: A. Comply with all terms, covenants and provisions of the First Mortgage, except with respect to the payment of principal and interest due thereunder, but including providing for insurance on the mortgaged premises and payment of taxes and assessments. B. If Mortgagor shall fail to comply with the terms and provisions of the said First Mortgage, except with respect to payment of principal and interest, so as to result in a default thereunder, such failure on the part of the Mortgagor shall, after thirty (30) days written notice to Mortgagor constitute a default under this Mortgage and shall entitle Mortgagee, at his option, to exercise any and all rights or remedies given to Mortgagee in the event of a default hereunder. riK ~ ~~ R~?71~ eJU PdGE
