to satisfy said First Mortgage and the obligation secured thereby,
in the event of prepayment hereunder by Mortgagor, shall not arise
until January 1, 1982.
5. So long as the said First Mortgage remains a mortgaqe
lien on the property mortgaqed hereunder, each party covenants and
agrees that neither will enter into or make any agreement with the
holder of the First Mortgage modifying or amending any of the terms,
covenants or provisions thereof, without the prior written consent
of the other party hereto.
6. Each party agrees that it shall promptly furnish to the
other party, copies of all notices of default or noncompliance which
the other may receive from the holder of the First Mortgage.
7. It is hereby stipulated and agreed that the Mortgagor
has not and will not, become liable for and does not and will not
directly, indirectly, expressly or impliedly, primarily or secondarily,
or otherwise, become liable for or assume, any of the indebtedness
for or under the said First Mortgage or the promissory note secured
thereby.
