Petitioner, JUIIA GIULIA~10, alleges:
1. That she was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of
PETER J. GIULIANO, Deceased, on June 25, 1975.
2. That the inventory in said estate was duly filed with this Court
and U.S. Estate Tax Return, Form 706, rras timely filed and estate taxes were
paid in full.

5. That an Amended Inventory has been prepared, including the omitted
prop~rty and is filed with this Petition.
6. That it is necessary to re-open the above estate so that the
property may be properly sold or distributed to the beneficiary.
7. That JULIA GIULIANO, Petitioner, is the sole beneficiary of the
estate under the Last Will and 7estament of PETEP. J. GIULIAt~O, Deceased, pre-
viously filed and admitted to probate.
8. That JULIA GIULIA~~O, petitioner, should be aQpointed as Personal
Representative to properly complete the administration of the estate.
PaOW THEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered to re-open
this estate and that JULIA GIIfIIAtJO, petitioner be appointed as Personal Repre-
sentative.
