PETITIO~~ TO REVOKE ORDER OF DISCHARGE
Petitioner, JI:LIA GIULIAPIO, alleges:
1. That she was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of
PETER J. GIULIANO, Oeceased, on June 25, 1975.
2. That petitioner was discharged as Personal Representative by Order
of Discharge dated October 23, 1979.
3. That certain property was inadvertently excluded from the inventory
filed in this court, however, said omitted property was properly reported in the
U.S. Estate Tax Return.
4. That an Order to Re-Open the estate has been entered on the ~ 3`'~
day of December, 1980.
5. That it is necessary to revoke the prior Order of Discharge in
order to properly complete the administration of this estate, including the
above mentioned omitted property.
NOlJ THEREFORE, petitioner requests an Order be entered revoking the
prior Order of Discharge dated October 23, 1979.
Under penalty of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing and
the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
