On the petition of JI.~LIA GIULIANO, to re-open the estate and to issue
letters of Administration of the estate of PETER J. GIULIANO, deceased, to the
court finding that the decedent died on the 25th day of May, 1975 and that
JULIA GIULIANO is entitled to appointment as personal representative by reason
of that the estate needs to be re-opened to properly complete ±he administrati
of the estate,
it is
ADJUDGE~ that JULIA GIULIANO is appointed personal representative of
the estate of PETER J. GIULIAF~U, deceased, and that upon taking the prescribed
oath, filing designation or resident agent and acceptance, letters of adminis-
tration shall be issued. ~ ~
